Objectives

As a  Learning Partner you will support and deliver Induction training & learning programmes for your designated District. Working closely with the District Managers and HR team to create learning plans which plan out the core learning delivery, understand regional KPI challenges to localised learning solutions and plan the learning support for any New Store Opening (NSOs).


Planning and thinking ahead

Understand the capability needs and learning gaps through insight analysis and consultation with the District Managers and People Partner.  Build a learning plan which identifies a calendar of workshops, up and coming NSO’s and tracks capability through Flow module completion 


Stakeholder Management

Build a strong relationship with the DM and People Partner.

Provide timely feedback and evaluation of learning (induction/ Flow/ Workshops) to maximise ROI on any learning solutions.

Build and maintain professional relationships (internally and externally) with individuals and teams at all levels of the business, based on mutual trust and respect as stakeholders.


 Learning Expertise

Be the learning expert for key stakeholders, ensuring you keep suggest solutions that build capability over a period which are saleable and measurable.

Be a natural coach who is comfortable coaching General managers within an operations environment, help them to connect leadership behaviours to store based results. 


Main responsibilities Include:

  •        Plan and support any NSO in your District through the NSO onboarding and training journey
  •        Provide peer support to other Districts NSOs
  •        Ensure each learner completes all learning including compliance learning in the set deadline and is competent in each station BOH and the Customer journey FOH
  •        Work Closed with the NSO General Manager during their induction to ensure that they are set up for success and have the completed the necessary manager training to support their team.
  •        Evaluate site openings and provide feedback to Stakeholders for continuous improvements
  •        Ensure the site is left set for success with each crew member working through key Flow training modules. 
  •        Design blueprint training manuals and how to guides for NSO/Induction/ Compliance/ FOH & BOH excellence
  •        Deliver engaging learning using a range of face-to-face workshops/ Flow modules and video material, championing our values throughout. 
  •        Complete regular training needs analysis for the district to understand gaps & opportunities.
  •        Design learning solutions & supporting material which will help to grow capability which are fun and engaging.
  •        Design Step up programmes to support succession & on going development of our teams
  •         Actively calibrate your delivery with other learning partners or trainers through observation and being observed to drive consistency of delivery technique and message
  •        Consciously seek feedback from Ops team to improve learning solutions
  •        Create Learning plans for your District which incorporate all NSO/ Management & Crew onboarding/ Upskilling workshops and any ad-hoc local requirements.
  •        Schedule and communicate key dates & locations for NSO & Workshops
  •        Send welcome letters and Uniform for all NSO locations
  •        Use Ops data to identify gaps in learning on the District
  •        Review Leaning feedback and results to build ROI case
