The District Manager is responsible and accountable for all aspects of a number of store operations, including but not limited to People, Standards, Product and Safety both Front and back of House.

They know how to lead, manage and create a team of people, have great communication and delegation skills, an eye for the detail and make excellent commercial decisions to improve the financial performance of their shop.

They understand the relationship between people and profit and take responsibility for all stages of the employee lifecycle. Strong organisational skills enable the District Manager to operate a commercially successful operation, develop and coach their team to reach their potential, adhere to all standards within the business and provide customers with great service, great product in a clean and inviting environment.

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years of proven experience of managing multiple sites, preferably within the hospitality sector or essentially within the hospitality industry.
