About the Role

As an Assistant Manager working our night shifts, you’ll play a key leadership role in running the restaurant during some of our busiest and most dynamic hours. Supporting the General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the operation, ensuring shifts run smoothly and standards remain high from close through to the end of shift.

You’ll lead and develop your team, supporting your Shift Managers and Crew to deliver great food, fast service, and a consistent experience. Night shifts bring a strong team focus and a real sense of ownership, and you’ll be right at the centre of it – making decisions, driving performance, and keeping the energy high.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take control, build a close-knit team, and play a key part in delivering strong results.
