Female Support Worker – Daytime Role with Sleep-In Shifts
Pay: £14.00 per hour + £45.00 sleep-in payment
Location: Ipswich
Hours: Part-time / Full-time opportunities available, including weekends and bank holidays
Driving Licence: Full UK manual driving licence required

About the RoleWe are looking for compassionate, dedicated and reliable Female Support Workers to join our team in a primarily daytime role, with sleep-in shifts required as part of the role when necessary.
This is a hands-on position supporting individuals with all aspects of daily living, both at home and in the community. You will play an important role in helping individuals live independently, safely and with dignity while working towards their personal goals.
The role will primarily involve daytime support, with occasional or scheduled sleep-in shifts depending on the needs of the individuals we support and the requirements of the service.
Typical Shift PatternPlease note: This role involves providing personal care. Where appropriate, this may be considered a genuine occupational requirement in line with the Equality Act 2010.
