Our freshly refurbished kitchen supports a menu that celebrates traditional British pub favourites while introducing dishes inspired by flavours from around the world. With two dining rooms and a large garden, we’re building a reputation for quality food, seasonal ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere that reflects our community-first ethos.

We’re now hiring enthusiastic and committed kitchen professionals to join our growing team as we build something exciting and new.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in menu development and daily specials

  • Lead the team during service

  • Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock control, and prep levels

  • Train and motivate junior chefs

  • Uphold food safety standards and best practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to spec

  • Keep your section organised, clean, and well-stocked

  • Work closely with senior chefs and support wider kitchen team

  • Maintain consistency, quality, and hygiene standards

Ideal for someone with a flair for baking and dessert creation. You’ll be responsible for producing a variety of sweet offerings—from traditional pub favourites to globally inspired desserts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods

  • Collaborate on dessert menu development and specials

  • Manage time effectively across service and prep

  • Uphold high presentation and hygiene standards
