As a CML Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching Bakery Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational brand standards and to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Performs oversight of franchisee safety, security and profitability policies/processes throughout a shift. Set goals, provide job assignments, continuously monitor quality, and motivate others by providing timely feedback. The CML Production Supervisor ensures Brand standards are met throughout shift, including preparation of donuts and baker products to end-product specifications in accordance with Dunkin’ standards, franchisee policies and procedures and compliance with all applicable laws. This position will be located at our Central Manufacturing Facility in Syracuse, NY with a work schedule of 5 Days a Week – from 11:00AM to 9:00PM

Additional skills required and abilities:

• Ability to perform all responsibilities of bakery team members
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to bakery team members
• Ability to maintain a quality and safety focused culture amongst bakery team members
• Ensure Food Safety standards and Good Manufacturing Practices are met

Position Qualifications:

• Works well with others in a fast-paced team environment
• Prior Supervisory experience required
• Ability to solve problems and pay strict attention to detail
