Here’s what’s in it for you:

• Competitive Pay ranging from $16-$18 per/hr.  Compensation is based on skills/prior experience.
• Seasonal employment from April – September
• Hours will vary between 32-40 per week
• Paid Time Off (PTO)

A Seasonal Facilities Maintenance Helper specializes in the cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the buildings, parking lots and trash areas.  They operate pressure washing equipment, paint striping machines, remove debris from the grounds and assist with general maintenance including cleaning building exteriors/signage, trash enclosures and sidewalks.

Additional skills required and abilities:

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards

·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

·         Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures

·         Comfortable physical movement

·         Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Position Qualifications:

·         Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of employees

·         Ability to make sound decisions

·         This position requires travel between stores and the ability to ride as a passenger for long periods of time

·         You must be able to work Monday- Friday from 7:00am-6pm.  Weekends may occasionally be required based on business needs
