*Eligibility requirements

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you specialize in the cleanliness of the exterior and interior of the buildings, parking lots and trash areas.  They operate pressure washing equipment, paint striping machines, remove debris from the grounds and assist with general maintenance, cleaning building exteriors/signage, interior grouting, painting, painting, light plumbing duties and light fixture repair/replace

Additional skills required and abilities:

·         Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards.

·         Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

·         Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures

·         Comfortable physical movement.

·         Able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.

Position Qualifications:

·         Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside vendors

·         Ability to make sound decisions

·         Valid Driver’s license with driving record which meets auto insurance company’s requirements. A Company vehicle will be provided during              working hours. This position requires travel between stores and the ability to drive for long periods of time.
