About this role...
You’ll work closely with managers and the wider team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Food & Beverage department. Key focus will be ensuring every guest has a positive and memorable experience, supporting with department preparation, food & drink service, and team member training. Full training will be provided across all aspects of the role, along with ongoing support from a dedicated management team.
What we’re looking for…
- Enthusiasm for getting stuck in and supporting the team to deliver excellent customer service
- The ability to upsell and motivate team members into doing this
- Excellent communication to all customers, team members and departments
- The ability to delegate tasks and supervise team members
- Flexibility to work on a rota basis across seven days a week
- The ability to complete tasks efficiently and to given deadlines
- The ability to deliver training to team members in all areas of department and ensure consistency in delivery
- To deputise for Banqueting manager and Head of Department in their absence
- The confidence to oversee the running of the venue as Duty Manager
