From a Jacobean manor house to a New Forest hunting lodge, we offer family escapes in some of England’s finest locations. Luxury Family Hotels have five distinctive and delightful hideaways to choose from, our guests are spoilt for choice. We are also currently investing in all of our hotels including refurbishments to all rooms and public areas as well as staff training.
The stunning family property of enter hotel in location has a superb opportunity for a Night Porter to join their lovely team.

The Role…

You will ensure the safety, security and well-being of all resident’s throughout the night and will assist with all aspects of shift and business change over. Working as part of a motivated team, you will provide a friendly service to all guests, acting as a concierge service, advising guests of things to enhance their stay.

What we need from you…

• Previous experience in a customer-focused industry
• First Aid qualification desirable
• Positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Excellent grooming standards
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
• Competent level of IT proficiency
