Description

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and hospitality-minded Food & Beverage Administrator to join our team at the Drift Inn, Wyboston Lakes Resort working 20 hours per week.

This is a varied role sitting right at the heart of our Food & Beverage operation. You’ll work closely with our F&B and C&E managers and supervisors, helping to keep everything behind the scenes organised and running smoothly.

We’re particularly keen to hear from someone who has previous experience working within a Food & Beverage or hospitality operation. You’ll understand the pace of an F&B environment and the importance of good organisation, accurate information and supporting an operational team.

What you'll be doing

Your role will include supporting the F&B management team with day-to-day administration, purchase orders, stocktaking and wastage records; coordinating team inductions, training and recruitment administration; maintaining compliance, COSHH, allergen and operational documentation; preparing team communications and menu information; completing weekly departmental audits; and supporting payroll and payroll forecasting.

You’ll also play an important part in making sure our managers and operational teams have the information, documentation and support they need to deliver a great guest experience.

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone who is organised, confident using IT systems, Microsoft software and comfortable managing several priorities at once. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach to getting things done.

Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience is important for this role, as understanding how an operational F&B department works will help you hit the ground running.

Why join our team…
