We’re looking for a People & Development Assistant to support the HR function in our busy venues. 

No two days are the same in this role — you’ll be involved in everything from recruitment and onboarding to learning & development, employee relations and team wellbeing, alongside wider admin support. You’ll be a go-to person for our managers and team members, helping to create an inclusive, engaging workplace where people feel supported, valued and excited to come to work.

If you’re organised, approachable, enjoy building genuine relationships, and want to grow and develop within a nurturing, genuinely fun team, this is a brilliant opportunity to learn, get hands-on experience and be part of a workplace where people truly come first.

What we’re looking for…

• Ideally you will have atleast 1 years experience within HR
• Some knowledge of the Hospitality industry would be an advantage
• Someone who is keen to learn and has a passion for supporting others
