Role: Restaurant Supervisor (Front of House)  

Reporting to: Restaurant General Manager

Position Overview:

As a FOH Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the management team to oversee shifts, support staff, and create a positive guest experience. You’ll lead by example on the floor, help train team members, and step in to resolve issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations during shifts.
  • Support, coach, and motivate FOH staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure dining room cleanliness, table turns, and guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and urgency.
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new FOH employees.
  • Help with scheduling, side work, and daily shift reports as needed.
  • Collaborate with BOH and management to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Maintain adherence to health, safety, and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of restaurant supervisory or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
