Cleaning Crew


ROLE PURPOSE 


To ensure that TGI Friday’s restaurants are clean and presentable to provide a quality Guest experience.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES 

  • Responsible for following Friday’s cleaning standards as outlined in the cleaning system.

  • Responsible for ensuring all trash is disposed of accordingly.

  • Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and cooking equipment.

  • Dusting and cleaning windows, counters, tables, and woodwork.

  • Maintains cleanliness of restroom, perimeter of building and parking lot.

  • Work with a team and individually to complete cleaning tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Follow proper food/health safety precautions and processes.

  • Perform duties as directed by management.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Previous experience cleaning restaurants and equipment a plus

  • Must be able to work with Team Members

  • Must have professional appearance and conduct

  • Must be thorough and detail oriented

  • Ability to adapt and take direction

  • Must be able to work individually and as a part of a team

  • Must have strong work ethic and initiative

  • Must be a team player and good communicator

  • Must be able to lift and carry sacks, cases, and bus tubs of up to 70 lbs, up to 20 times per shift; places these items on high shelves and in walk-in freezer

  • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and wipe frequently

  • Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift
