Greenhorn Creek Resort seeks to fill an immediate vacancy for Food Expeditor/ Pre-Cook 


Job Summary: 

 

Greenhorn Creek Resort is currently looking for an upbeat and energetic expo. This position helps control the pace of a restaurant rush by managing tickets and communicating with both the front and the back of the house. Get ready if you are looking to provide customer service and operations at a fast pace!


Responsibilities:


  • Expedite dishes within a fine dining setting

  • Managing all incoming tickets from the servers and communicating with kitchen staff on orders

  • Garnish dishes according to the current recipes

  • Be in control of the order tickets on the line and expedite dishes in a timely manner according to the allocated tables, servers and set waiting times

  • Perform other kitchen duties associated with dishes expedition on outside of the service hours

  • Have good communication skills

  • Have enormous attention to detail

  • Pre-cook, during slow times.

Requirements:


  • Previous Expo positions or customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and stand for long periods of time

  • Committed to reliable attendance

  • Capacity to take directions and work with others

  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Can safely lift 25 lbs. while maneuvering throughout the work area

  • Available to work a variety of hours including holidays and weekend
