Description
The Vice President of Marketing will oversee, develop, and employ various marketing
initiatives and branding efforts to achieve our long- and short-term
organizational goals. This individual should have a successful track record of
establishing and leading marketing and digital strategy in a dynamic
environment. In this role, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for
shaping the company's go-to-market strategy for key customer segments &
products, build messaging & programs that generate demand, and accelerate
revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute go-to-market plans to
launch new and existing products and achieve business goals
- Gather, analyze and share competitive and
trend analysis to inform product and marketing roadmaps
- Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports
- Create and present the annual marketing plan
and strategy
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based
decisions
- Analyze company's marketing strategy and
suggest improvements
- Design, plan and execute effective marketing
campaigns
- Grow the 50 Eggs Hospitality customer base and network
- Build, inspire, and lead a marketing organization that
delivers against marketing goals, with clearly defined roles, career paths,
succession plans, and employee success strategies
- Fully
understand and support the individuality of the restaurants, their brands,
and their teams, and identifying synergies and avenues to take advantage
of our overall company scale and resources.
- Budget management
- Stay up to date with the latest technology
- Stay up to date with the latest best practices
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in marketing
- Significant
knowledge of marketing and sales technologies including marketing automation
tools, digital strategies, social listening, content calendars, and funnel
management
- Experience
developing high-level marketing and sales strategies—in line with the strategic
vision of the organization—keeping the independent brands in the forefront
- Deep
understanding of traditional and innovative marketing and sales strategies and
a proven track record of creating initiatives that drive and increase revenue
in sustainable ways
- Understanding—at
the executive level—of the importance of mentoring and developing collaborative
teams across a geographically dispersed environment
- Must be an
articulate professional with excellent oral and written communication skills,
with demonstrated experience in the ability to positively and creatively
influence change and direction within professional environments
- Strong data
analysis skills, comfortable analyzing campaign results, and working in
financial models
- MA in Marketing, Management, or similar
relevant field
- Addition marketing certifications are a plus.
