Insurance Coordinator


Description
The purpose of the Insurance Coordinator is to be the point person between Yellowstone Club and its insurance broker. The position will also be responsible for executing and maintaining legal contracts in accordance with Company policy.

o Coordinates insurance policy renewals and manages liability and vehicle insurance related materials and information.
o Acts as the primary contact regarding insurance and claims issues and provides effective communication and direction.
o Requests, tracks, and maintains Certificates of Insurance.
o Investigates and collects claims evidence.
o Reduces claims cost through proactive investigation of losses.
o Supports Operations by providing quick responses on certificates of insurance, claims issues, timely contact with insurance
providers, management, and employees.
o Maintains accurate vehicle and equipment schedules as well as related documents.
o Maintains lease and agreements files and disseminates content as needed.
o Assists senior Finance staff in resolving varied administrative problems and developing recommended solutions for consideration
by the CFO; follow up on implementation of authorized actions; serve as liaison between the CFO and other management staff in
matters so delegated.
o Reviews various materials Including legal documents and recommends appropriate action to the senior Finance staff before they
go to the CFO for signature or review.
o Coordinates execution of construction and other operational contracts .
o Manages the payroll and vacation administration of the Finance Team.
o Coordinates with Accounting Team packaging hard copy and electronic monthly reports in a timely manner for ownership.
