Employee Transportation Driver - Winter 21/22


Description

The Transportation Driver is responsible for:

• Operation of gasoline or diesel powered multi-passenger vehicles to transport employees between Yellowstone Club, Big Sky
Town Center, Bozeman/Belgrade locations, and off-site housing locations in a safe manner.
• Comply with Yellowstone Club traffic, public traffic, and highway safety rules and regulations in operating vehicles.
• Keep bus interiors/exteriors clean for passengers.
• Prepare and submit reports that include number of passenger trips, ridership, hours worked, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Work closely with Fleet Mechanics to keep vehicles running or repairs completed in a timely manner.
• Check condition of the vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water, and safety equipment to ensure everything
is in working order.
• Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and transportation situations, using telephones & mobile two way radios.
• Read maps, and follow written and verbal geographic directions.
• Regulate heating, lighting and ventilation systems for passenger comfort.


Experience/Education Required
• High School diploma; Proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles; 2+ years’ experience in transportation driving; Physically
able to operate gasoline or diesel powered multi-passenger vehicles.


Experience/Education Preferred
• Valid Commercial Driver License

Required Skills
• Operation of multi-passenger vehicles in a safe manner
• Basic knowledge of vehicles and vehicle maintenance
