Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage (F&B) department is currently seeking candidates for Servers. The F&B department is offering a $1000.00 signing bonus. $250 will be paid out after 30 days and $750 at the end of the season. On average Hosts make $22.50-$38.75 per hour with service charges depending on style of restaurant service.

Responsibilities Include:  

·         Assist in the set-up and preparation of the dining outlets for the season

·         Provide food and beverage service to Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency of experience specific to each Restaurant Outlet assigned

·         Take and serve orders

·         Know the sequence of service and follow it each time when approaching a table

·         Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and presentation

·         Attend to Members and guests upon entrance

·         Know or learn Member names immediately

·         Present menus and help Members and guests select food/beverages

·         Answer questions pertaining to the Restaurant menus

·         Relay any special dietary restrictions and special requests to the culinary staff

·         Work in collaboration with other teammates to meet Member and guest expectations

·         Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station

·         Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership

·         Maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service throughout the course of the meal

·         Present check in a timely manner

·         May coordinate and instruct other servers.

Position Requirements:

·         HS Diploma, GED, or equiv

·         Min 1 year of serving experience in a fine dining restaurant, luxury resort or private club setting

·         Basic computer or point of sale system skills

·         Able to communicate effectively and speak/write English clearly/legibly

·         Perform basic math calculations

·         Regularly required to talk and/or hear

·         Frequently lift up to 30 pounds

·         Use hands/fingers to handle/lift items

·         Constantly required to stand/walk/climb or balance, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or reach with hands/arms

·         Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

The position offered is a seasonal, full-time position located in Big Sky, MT.
