Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for Locker Room Attendants for the 2021 Summer Golf Season.

Locker Room Attendants are responsible for the smooth operation of the Golf Clubhouse locker room. Locker Room Attendants deliver a heightened level of personalized customer service through assigning seasonal locker space, assisting with Member requests, and providing additional locker room needs.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assign seasonal locker space to Members and guests
• Answer Member and guest inquiries; explain cost, availability, policies, and procedures of locker room
• Ensure adequate availability of locker room products; advise Manager when new supplies are needed
• Greet arriving and departing Members and guests
• Provide the highest level of customer service to Members
• Keep inventory of lockers, handle and organize locker room activity
• Clean out lockers of dust and other debris when not in use
• Set up lockers for events
• Complete the opening and closing locker room checklist daily
• Assist with Outside Service Attendants when advised

Position Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
• Minimum of one year of customer services experience or closely-related industry experience
• Be able to work weekends and holidays (these are our busiest times)
• Excellent grooming standards
