Description

Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for a PGA Apprentice for the Summer 2022 season.
The purpose of the PGA Apprentice is to work with and oversee the Golf Outside Operations, as well as the Golf Caddies. The PGA Apprentice will work closely with the Director of Golf, and Outside Operations Manager to ensure a streamlined process. The PGA Apprentice functions as the direct contact for all areas of the Outside Operation, helping to implement the policies established by the Yellowstone Club Management Team. Oversight includes but not limited to General Administration as assigned by the Director of Golf. Specific Responsibilities include, but are not limited to ensuring an outstanding customer service in all facets of the Outside Operation, scheduling of the Outside Operations staff, training the Outside Operations staff, assisting with annual golf tournaments and special events, helping instruct golf camps and clinics, assisting with Golf Shop retail and maintenance, assisting with the usage and scheduling of the Golf Simulator, acting as the daily starter for member/guest play, monitoring pace of play, playing with members when requested, completing PGA Testing based on the timeline set by the Director of Golf and the Yellowstone Club Management Team, and more.
Position Requirements:
• Previous Golf Industry Experiences
• Knowledge of the Top Tier Golf Operations
• Understanding of World Class Customer Service
• Former Customer Service Employment
• Desire to Learn and Grow Each and Every Day
• Valid State Driver’s License
• Basic Understanding of Jonas POS, Tournament Software
• Basic Understanding of Microsoft Office, Especially Excel & Word
