Yellowstone Club's Housekeeping department is looking for a Housekeeping Office Coordinator to join their team. This is a Full Time Year Round position located in Big Sky, Montana.
The purpose of the Housekeeping Coordinator is to
complete all aspects involved with office work as well as cleaning private
homes, at a level that is to be expected in a world class lodging environment.
Major
Responsibilities
- Ensure that each member
and guest receive outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment
which includes greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining
outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components
of guest service.
- Empowered to
guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to
our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club
professionally with our members and guests and assure that all transactions
with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.
- Understand and
apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe
environment for employees, members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency,
seek medical attention if necessary and contact the General Manager or Human
Resources immediately.
- Maintain a favorable working relationship
with all company employees to foster and promote a positive
working environment.

- All
aspects of office work to include using telephones, computers, organizing
billing, supply ordering, organization and cleanliness of office spaces,
restocking shelves with linen & terry, coordinating with various vendors to
ensure deliveries are on time
- Clean
private homes in strict accordance with Yellowstone Club Cleaning Standards.
Which includes but is not limited to:
-Making Beds/Stripping Beds
-Sweeping
-Mopping
-Dusting
-Cleaning dishes
-Cleaning showers, tubs, sinks, toilets
-High dusting using ladders
-Using various types of cleaning chemicals.
- Operate
within various housekeeping teams to achieve an exceptional level of efficiency
and quality as they relate to housekeeping and housecleaning services.
- Must be
able to follow instruction and meet deadlines established by supervisors.
- Be able
to converse with the membership and guests at a high level, being very
cognizant of their needs and being able to follow through on meeting those
needs.
- Maintain
a high level of attention to detail at all times.
- Be
willing to carry out any and all tasks required to bring each home to a level
of cleanliness that meets Yellowstone Club’s standards.
