Billing & Payroll Coordinator


Description
Purpose: The purpose of the Billing & Payroll Coordinator is to assist in carrying out all aspects related to the billing and payroll functions required by the division.

Essential Job Functions:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Provide billing and payroll support.
• Create daily instructor activity sign-out sheets.
• Input daily activity information into billing database.
• Create and import daily member billing files.
• Manage the allocation of applicable service fees.
• Perform audits of financial spreadsheets and payroll data to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Management of corporate credit cards.
• Invoice and receipt coding.
• Receive, document and monitor inventory.
• Receive and track cash payments.
Other Duties and Responsibilities
• File organization and management.
• Assist with on boarding and off boarding seasonal staff.
• Data input and management.
• Follow established processes and procedures.
• Perform all job duties with a high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving skills, ability to work well under pressure and a strong desire to learn.
• All other duties as assigned.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
• Maintain privacy of our Members at all time.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
• Perform work in a safe and high quality manner.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Experience/Education Required
• Enthusiasm for the outdoors.
• Undergraduate degree or 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience/Education Preferred
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• 2-4 years of work experience in an Accounting, Finance or Administrative role.
