Senior Reservations Specialist


Description
The purpose of the Reservations Specialist is to work alongside the leadership team and colleagues of Residential Services to consistently manage and audit the Lodging System and rental home contracts while disseminate Lodging information within the Residential Services Department.

Essential Functions:
• Manage and Produce Rental Home Program Contracts to communicate Property Owners
• Maintain and Input all Reservations for Property Management and Rental Home Program in Lodging System
• Maintain and Input all guest preferences in Lodging System as well as audit for consistent communication
• Utilize and Create CRM (Customer Relationship Management) procedures and communication
• Audit and track Housekeeping for Rental Home Program
• Maintain and Audit Property Database communications
• Manage and execute purchasing for Office Supplies within Residential Services
• Create and distribute weekly Occupancy and Performance Reports
• Audit and communicate Sales Transactions for new Property additions and Property Ownership Transfers
• Oversee and ensure proper execution of Nightly Audit procedures

Other functions:
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
• Maintain privacy of our Members at all time.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers and directors.
• Perform work in a safe and high quality manner.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.

Requirements:
• 2 -3 years of experience in hospitality
• Valid State Driver's License
• Lift 20 lbs

Preferred:
• 2-3 years of management and/or supervisory experience
