The purpose of the Assistant Project Manager is to support multiple
outlets Package and Mail services within the Residential Services Department.
Additionally the Assistant Project Manager is tasked with supporting Housekeeping’s
Inventory within storage room as well as other tasks/projects as assigned.
Essential Job Functions:
• Order and maintain supplies for multiple offices
• Coordinate efforts with Mail Center team to gather packages daily for
retrieval as well as shipping
• Communicate out to the Residential Services team members needs for pickup or
arrivals of packages
• Occasionally deliver packages as necessary to key departments within
Residential Services
• Maintain Dialogue with the Housekeeping Department to ensure inventory is
sufficient to operate critical neighborhoods
• Work on a computer at least 75% of the day
• Update and maintain the documents related to Residential Service functions
• Attend necessary meetings and take/create minutes
• Manage email in box as well as respond appropriately and timely to all emails
including Staff as well as owners
• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Other Duties:
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in
accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service
to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
• Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and
consistency standards.
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
• Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism
and respect at all times.
• Maintain privacy of our Members at all time.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors,
managers and directors.
• Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
• Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all
times.
• Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings,
weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
• Assist in other projects as assigned by Vice President or Residential
Services or Project Manager

Requirements:
• Valid state driver's license
• Bachelor’s degree in related field, and/or equivalent experience;
• 3+ years’ experience of clerical/administrative job duties.
• Must lift up to 20 lbs.
