Winter 2021-2022 Lodging Reservations Coordinator

Yellowstone Club’s Residential Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Lodging Coordinator.

The purpose of a Lodging Coordinator is to manage the lodging reservations for the rental program including 20+ hotel style rentals, and 75+ rental homes.  Work closely with the property managers, housekeepers, and experience coordinators as well as the accounting, sales, concierge, outdoor pursuits, youth services and food & beverage teams. The individual must have exceptional expertise in providing guidance and assistance for all club experiences and provide anticipatory customer service in a friendly, gracious and informative manner.

Responsibilities Include:

•  Answering lodging inquiries via phone and email
•  Processing lodging reservations through a club resort management system
•  Daily management of reservation systems and reservation tracking spreadsheets
• The Lodging Coordinator will provide high-quality customer service to all Members and guests
• Assist other departments as necessary during busy periods

Position Requirements:

• One to two years of customer service related experience
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
•  High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work required
• One year of experience with a reservations system, preferred
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals, preferred
• Formal training at vocational schools, colleges or universities recognized is a plus
• Similar combination of education and experience is a plus
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and terminology, preferred
