Winter 2021-2022 Part Time Bozeman Residential Shopper

Yellowstone Club’s Residential Services department is currently seeking candidates for Part Time Residential Shoppers. This position is 20 hours per week with a set schedule of 8am-12pm.

The Residential Shoppers provides world class service to our Members and guests through timely procurement and delivery of their shopping requests. As a Shopper, you will Hand select gourmet, high end culinary products for high profile cliental.

You will remain in Bozeman without the commute but with all the perks of working for this prestigious Resort. Occasional Big Sky deliveries will be required during peak season.  Independence and flexibility of working on your own with occasional daily check in’s and communication with other staff members. Must be able to confidently navigate iPhone and basic apps. Must be able to organize and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities Include:

• Own and follow through on all Member requests & subsequent issues that may arise.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively and professionally via phone, email and in person.
• Provide world class customer service.
•  Manage change & interruptions, yet remain focused on the task at hand.
• Work well under pressure and under tight timelines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail when preparing and stocking homes for arrival.
• Be willing to work a flexible and sometimes inconsistent schedule. This may include unexpected late nights and significant amounts of overtime and extra work days during busy parts of the season.
• Maintain good communication with other internal Yellowstone Club Teams to ensure appropriate procurement and delivery of requested items.
• Drive in a safe manner for several hours per day, making stops throughout the Gallatin Canyon, Bozeman and Big Sky.
• Listen and comprehend detailed requests and issues passed down from Members, guests and management.

•  High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience using communication and organizational skills to accomplish goals in a fast-paced work environment
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, preferred
• 1-3 Years of related work experience, preferred
