We are looking for a talented Night Manager to join our team at YOTEL Manchester Deansgate.
The Role:
This isn’t your ordinary Night Manager role. There’s no over-the-counter check-in here. At YOTEL, we use self-service kiosks where we support our guests at a pace they set, from complete independence to full assistance. As Night Manager, you’ll lead the night operation and ensure every guest interaction meets our high standards.
We are looking for a confident and hands-on Night Manager to take ownership of the hotel overnight. You’ll be the senior point of contact on shift, leading the Front Office team while overseeing the safety, security, and smooth running of the entire property.
Fantastic customer service skills are a must, along with the ability to lead by example and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. A strong knowledge of the local area to support guests is a plus.

This role covers night shifts and is guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading the night operation and acting as the senior manager on duty

Ensuring smooth running of Front Office and supporting other departments as needed

Overseeing and completing night audit procedures accurately

Maintaining the safety and security of the building and guests at all times

Handling guest queries, complaints, and escalations with confidence and professionalism

Managing room allocations, guest presence, and system updates
-
Monitoring financial processes including payments, reports, and daily balancing

Supporting and guiding the Night Front Office Crew

Working closely with Sales & Revenue to identify trends and opportunities

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in public areas

Supporting the F&B team to drive drinks sales and provide late-night service when required

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within Front Office or Nights
