We are looking for someone to join our Housekeeping Crew as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager.

The Role:

As part of our Housekeeping team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation while ensuring our high standards of cleanliness are consistently delivered across the hotel.

This is not just about checking rooms, you will lead by example, support the team on the floor, and help drive performance and engagement. You will work in a supportive environment where our values; be smart, honest, efficient, inspiring whilst displaying empathy are key to everyone’s success.

We are looking for an all-rounder with a strong operational mindset, who is confident both in leading a team and being hands-on when needed. From supporting room attendants to carrying out room checks and assisting with team development, you will be a key part of keeping our operation running smoothly.

We will support and develop you to grow into the role, giving you the tools to confidently manage standards, productivity, and team performance.

This role is full-time and is guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operation
  • Supervising and guiding the Housekeeping team
  • Carrying out room inspections to ensure brand standards are met
  • Supporting team training and development
  • Monitoring productivity and supporting the team to achieve targets
  • Assisting with rota planning and daily task allocation
  • Ensuring public areas are maintained to a high standard
  • Leading by example with a hands-on approach

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, ideally in a supervisory role
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards
  • A positive, team-focused attitude
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience
