Position:  Food & Beverage Assistant

Location: YOTEL Manchester Deansgate – Restaurant: Motley
Pay: £12.86 per hour + service charge
Hours: Around 16 hours per week
Schedule: Morning shifts, Monday–Sunday (various days)
Type: Part-Time (Weekends Mainly)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service in the restaurant and bar
• Take orders and serve food/drinks during breakfast service
• Keep tables and dining areas clean and hygienic
• Set up and clear tables efficiently
• Help with stock replenishment
• Answer guest questions and resolve issues professionally
• Follow health & safety regulations

What They’re Looking For

• Experience in hospitality or a similar role
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Ability to work flexible morning shifts, including weekends
• Passion for guest service
