• Delivering warm, intuitive service throughout the guest journey.
• Sharing knowledge of our seasonal food and drink offering.
• Working closely with the kitchen to deliver seamless service.
• Maintaining exceptional standards across the restaurant.
• Responding to guest requests with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
• Contributing to a positive, collaborative team culture.
• Following health and safety procedures.

You’ll bring

• Experience in a quality restaurant or hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge, with curiosity for seasonality and provenance.
• Natural warmth and confidence with guests.
• An instinctive eye for detail.
• The ability to remain calm and organised during busy services.
• A collaborative approach and a desire to continually learn.
