As an experienced Supervisor, we trust in your ability to step into our vibrant restaurant environment and hit the ground running, leveraging your proven skills and management expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise front-of-house staff 
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback or coaching.
• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience.
• Support inventory checks for FOH supplies
• Maintain accurate records (sales, payroll, supplier contracts, etc.)
• Encourage upselling and promotional offers
