The requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Junior Sommelier

• WSET Level 1 or above (desired)

• Sake knowledge / keen interest to learn  

• Proven ability to collaboratively work under pressure and with a smile

• The desire to learn, improve, develop, and grow

• Great team player

• Keen interest in Japanese cuisine
