Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support the Bar Team during service, ensuring the bar is fully prepared and service runs smoothly and efficiently

• Assist with preparing garnishes, glassware, ice, mixers, and other bar supplies to ensure the bartenders have everything required during service

• Maintain fully stocked bar stations throughout the shift, replenishing products and equipment as required

• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic bar area throughout service, while ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored at the end of the shift

• Assist with clearing and resetting the bar, washing and polishing glassware, and supporting the team with closing duties

• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations and support the Bartender and wider team in maintaining high standards at all times
