Who you will partner with:
Working in partnership with our HR Managers, culinary teams , corporate teams and Recruitment Managers around the globe, the role will focus on the day-to-day recruitment of team members across our restaurant portfolio in the Middle East.
What you will do:
The successful Recruiter will support the recruitment process for all staff up to the Head Chef level. These responsibilities will range from ensuring that online advertising is current, consistent and on-brand to conducting first stage interviews and then arranging trials for the hiring managers within the restaurants. The Recruiter will need to be active daily on all advertising platforms and other relevant social media portals and job apps to ensure we are in touch with all new potential candidates as well as being proactive with coordination and administration.
A few skills that will assist in you being successful:
Previous operational restaurant experience would be preferred as the role will be working in partnership with the restaurant management and admins. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work on a multitude of different positions across different brands at one time will be essential due to the high pace of the needs of the business.
