Description

As a Zuma F&B Systems Administrator, you'll be at the core of our operational excellence. You'll ensure our systems run seamlessly, support the teams behind the scenes, and play a vital role in upholding the precision and efficiency that define the Zuma experience.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and administer the company’s stock and purchasing systems

• Maintain and administer the company’s global EPOS databases

• Remove items no longer in use and conduct regular data reviews and keep the database up to date

• Support the Cost Control team as required

• First line troubleshooting of any system technical issues on behalf of the restaurants


What We Look For

Our ideal candidate embodies our values and the following:

• Previous experience with Fourth RME & Inventory and/or other procurement and inventory management systems is preferable

• Previous experience with Symphony (Micros) EPOS system is preferable

• Excel competency

• Excellent attention to detail and effective communication

• Brings a flexible mindset, thrive in collaboration, and lends a hand wherever it's needed
