Description

We are recruiting for an IT Assistant to join the IT team at our Head Office in Central London. Working within the IT team, the role’s key focus will be to assist the IT Support Engineer with rolling out and documenting IT security and GDPR related projects.

Your duties will include:

· MacOS and iOS management and monitoring tools

· Mobile Device Management (MDM)

· Two factor authentication (2FA)

· User access permission matrix (documentation)

· Providing IT support to our 7 London restaurants as well as Head Office when required

· Assist IT Support Engineer on any other IT related projects when asked

It is essential that you have experience in:

· Troubleshooting common hardware/software issues

· Meeting deadlines and being able to adjust to changing priorities

· Picking up new skills and knowledge quickly when faced with new challenges

· Being exceptionally detail focused

Along with this you must have basic IT Certifications such as CompTIA++ or equivalent
