We are looking for a passionate Assistant Head Sommelier to join our team here at Zuma. Our Assistant Head Sommeliers are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Our teams have bags of personality and are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Zuma’s high standards.

The requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as an Assistant Head Sommelier 
• WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
• Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn 
• Excellent communication skills
• Great team player
• A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
