We are looking for a passionate Sommelier to join our team here at Zuma. As a Sommelier, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.

This role will be based in Zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge. • Assist our guests in choosing wines that complement their meals and preferences.
• Provide insights into wine regions, varietals, and vintages.
• Oversee wine service to a high standard, delivering exceptional service and presentation.
• Help with deliveries, stock and

• Previous experience in a similar restaurant as a Sommelier or Junior Sommelier
• WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
• Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn
