Zuma is looking for a talented Bartender to join the team. Our Bartenders are knowledgeable, personable and passionate about all things food and drinks. 

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge. Where our story first began, our iconic London venue serves as the global heart of the Zuma energy.

Main Duties

As a Bartender, your key responsibilities will include:

• Build strong relationships with guests, offering tailored drink recommendations
• Prepare and serve drinks according to brand standards, ensuring consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the bar counter and surrounding areas
• Maximize sales through up-selling and responding to guest needs promptly
• Stay updated on menu items and assist with the training of new bar team members 
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and health protocols to ensure a safe bar environment
