Floor Assistant - Zuma London
We are looking for an ambitious Floor Assistant to join our team here at Zuma. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.
Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma London, the original restaurant located in the heart of Knightsbridge. Where our story first began, our iconic London venue serves as the global heart of the Zuma energy. Zuma London is proud to be part of the Azumi Collection.
Main Duties
Your key responsibilities as a Floor Assistant will include:
Ensure smooth service by anticipating team needs and maintaining a clean, efficient floor.
Uphold Zuma’s standards through sharp attention to detail and polished guest interactions.
Communicate clearly with both FOH and BOH to ensure seamless delivery of service.
Represent the brand with confidence, warmth, and professionalism at every guest touchpoint.
Support and guide junior team members, contributing to a strong, high-performing floor team.
