JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this job is to supervise and direct the efficient day to day operation of the bar, ensuring highly efficient and effective service, and delivering exceptional customer service.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Build relationships with guests, offering tailored recommendations.
  • Manage bar operations in the absence of senior management.
  • Supervise and train the bar team, ensuring service consistency.
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
  • Share menu updates with the bar team, ensuring accurate service.
