Zuma Madrid is hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team, a hands-on operator with presence, precision, and an excellent instinct for exceptional guest experience.

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead from the floor, ensuring every service runs seamlessly and every guest leaves wanting to return. You’ll guide, motivate, and support your team while maintaining Zuma’s uncompromising standards of service, pace, and hospitality.

What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth, elevated service that Zuma is known for
  • Train, mentor, and develop the restaurant team, supporting growth at every level
  • Maintain brand standards across service, guest interaction and operational delivery
  • Work closely with Senior Management + Head Chef to ensure alignment across FOH + BOH
  • Manage daily briefings, service flow, and team allocations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous performance development
  • Handle guest feedback with professionalism, confidence and a solutions-focused approach
  • Oversee stock control, ordering and cost management in collaboration with management
  • Ensure all health + safety, licensing, and compliance standards are met

What you’ll bring

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager (or above) within a luxury, high-volume restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop large teams
  • Strong operational understanding with excellent attention to detail
  • A natural ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to elevate both guest experience and team performance
  • A passion to keep learning, improving, and growing
