Senior Chef de Partie

We are looking for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our team here at Zuma. Our Senior Chef de Parties's are hardworking, dedicated and strive to deliver the superior level of customer service that we are known for. Zuma Chefs are confident working at a fast pace whilst maintaining Zuma’s high standards.

The requirements

· Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Chef de Partie

· Ability to multitask

· Excellent communication skills

· Great team player

· Previous experience in Asian cuisine (preferred but not required)

· A keen interest in Japanese cuisine

Accommodation is provided by the company along with transport to and from the restaurant.
