The requirements

• Previous experience in a similar high-end restaurant as a Assistant Head Sommelier or above
• WSET Level 2 or above (desired)
• Sake knowledge/keen interest to learn 
• Excellent communication skills
• Great team player
• A keen interest in Japanese cuisine
