Key responsibilities:
· Responsible for the overall maintenance of the facilities and equipment at Zuma Mykonos
· To be fully competent with all health and safety procedures and policies
· Manage the onsite activity of all contractors
· Maintain records of all machinery and equipment including manufacturers details, specifications, and manuals
· Co-ordinate suppliers in relation to maintenance work
· Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve processes
· Order all maintenance supplies and ensure stock controls are in place
We require the successful candidate to have an organised and methodical approach to their work however also possessing the operational knowledge how a restaurant runs and certain challenges that can arise.
Accommodation is provided by the company along with transport to and from the restaurant.
It is essential that you speak both English and Greek.
