JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of this job is to assist in delivering a smooth, consistent operation of wine service while providing highly efficient and effective customer service and managing the wine cellar

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Support the front of house team in ensuring smooth daily service.
  • Proactively develop wine knowledge and stay informed about our beverage offerings.
  • Assist with stock management, ensuring accurate ordering and maintaining stock levels.
  • Keep cellar and fridge areas clean and organized, following internal practices.
  • Build strong connections with regular guests and high-value customers.
