JOB PURPOSE:

MAIN DUTIES:

• Assist with stock deliveries and transfer stock between departments as needed.
  
• Restock liquor, beer, and essentials, maintaining an efficient bar service.
  
• Keep the bar area clean and organized, following health and safety standards.
  
• Refill ice bins and ensure a steady flow of clean glassware during peak hours. 
  
• Support the bar team with the dispensing of drinks and anticipate their needs.
