• Keep the pass area clean and efficient while scanning tables for service needs.
  
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
  
• Set up the pool/ lounge are according to standards and follow cleaning routines.
  
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu and products for accurate service.
