JOB PURPOSE:

The purpose of the role is to assist chef de pass on duty and the management team in achieving the highest levels of efficiency and profitability and maintaining of service standards while delivering food items to tables and presenting dishes with knowledge and professionalism.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Provide efficient, friendly service, ensuring guests feel welcome.
  • Deliver food accurately to tables and maintain a clean pass area.
  • Assist with setting up the restaurant for service and adhere to cleaning routines.
  • Engage in training sessions to deepen menu knowledge and improve skills.
  • Support with opening and closing duties, following company procedures.
